Overview
Endurant Energy Systems currently maintains and operates 20 natural gas-fired Co-Generation power plants throughout California, producing over 23 megawatts of electricity. These sites run in parallel with local grids and include state-of-the-art waste heat recovery systems that also deliver steam, hot water and chilled water to the commercial and industrial properties they support.
Our talented staff of factory-trained and certified technicians provide the following services for project customers including Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Dean Foods, Nestle Waters and Coca Cola:
On-Site Service
- Provide experienced and factory-trained O&M personnel to service, maintain and operate the entire plant, assuring plant reliability and efficiency
- Ensure that host property's own operations staff is thoroughly trained in all aspects of the energy facility
- Monitor vital plant parameters for emergency notification and response
- Warranty support for all covered maintenance and repairs
Off-Site Service
- Maintain operating and performance records of cogeneration systems under management
- Institute a database that can provide feedback for plant maintenance schedules, failure prevention programs, equipment upgrade programs, and performance reliability programs
- Maintain staff of experts for consulting and special project assistance
- Provide remote monitoring system via modem hook-up allowing Endurant's hand-picked contractors and other expert engineers to observe plant performance in real time and help on-site operators promptly and accurately diagnose problems, greatly reducing plant down-time
- Facilitate sharing of operating know-how and experience with Endurant-operated plants
