Time Warner Center, Master Energy Plan

Endurant developed a Master Energy Plan for the Related Companies' marquee property at Columbus Circle in New York City. The Plan formulates and documents a strategy for lowering energy costs, maximizing the operational efficiency and minimizing the environmental impact of the Time Warner Center. It addresses conservation of energy and water while providing a means for reducing carbon emissions associated with energy use. This analysis identified three major areas for improvement:

EQR Energy Procurement Support

Manage the procurement process for electricity, natural gas, and fuel oil for residential rental properties across the US. Identify energy best practices for the procurement efforts across the portfolio.

Galvin Electricity Initiative

Endurant Energy is developing an advanced energy supply and distribution system for the Illinois Institute of Technology campus and Mesa del Sol development. Working in cooperation with EPRI, the utilities, owners, and the Galvin Electricity Initiative, Endurant Energy is applying advanced electricity distribution and clean energy technologies to create a sustainable energy system which supplies perfect power.

Future Grid Program Phase III

The Future Grid program involves research to improve electric grid asset utilization through the optimal integration and operation of distributed energy (DE), renewable energy (RE), building energy efficiency (EE), and demand response (DR).

District Energy Development Tools

Endurant Energy is developing and applying simplified district energy assessment and modeling tools which will be utilized at the 16 college campuses to evaluate the feasibility and economics of district energy.

Intelligent Monitoring and Trending (IMAT) Systems

Endurant Energy is developing advanced, intelligent monitoring and trending software designed to optimize energy system operation, reliability, and economics.
